Manage store purchases in the store: App Store → Account → Subscriptions or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Store rules (including refunds) apply to store purchases.

A trial is a short introductory period at a promotional price (if any). The trial price/length and the post-trial price/interval are shown at checkout; unless you cancel before the trial ends, your first paid period starts automatically.

Cancellation stops future renewals only. Your plan remains active through the end of the current paid period (or trial), and then access ends automatically.

Refunds are handled under our Money-Back Policy (e.g., duplicate charge, technical delivery failure, accidental same-day duplicate, or where required by law).

For App Store/Google Play purchases, request refunds through the store’s official flow.

We currently accept purchases only via the Apple App Store and Google Play, and refunds are issued by the store. After approval, the refund is returned to your original payment method; many banks post it within a few days, but it can take up to 10 business days depending on your bank/card. You can track status in your store account (Apple: Report a Problem; Google: Order history).

Make sure you’re signed into the app with the same Apple ID / Google account used to buy. In the app, try Settings → Restore Purchases, then confirm the subscription is active in your store (App Store → Subscriptions / Google Play → Subscriptions). For billing/refund questions, please use the store’s official support flow.

Some banks show a temporary authorization to verify your card. It usually clears automatically and is not a completed charge.

Trials are typically limited to one per user. Eligibility and availability may vary by offer, country, or payment partner.

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel billing. Please cancel the subscription first, then request account deletion if you wish.
